Fall/Winter 2008 might remind some of us of spring this upcoming season, or at least when it comes
to shopping. While the ever faithful black was as present as ever in various lines, we did see a trend
of bold colors and prints for the dull cold months.
As far as neutrals go the trend seems to lean more towards hues of grey, which is always safe and
always mandatory, and cream to taupe colors. The ever so elegant black and white trend is always
present. Some other neutrals are definitely mixed in the bunch and all in all this trend provides a
good safe zone for those of us who need a safety net.
For the rest of us the future looks bright. We have seen a major trend in oranges, reds, greens,
purples, yellows, and bold animal prints. Metallics also showed up on runways across the world
particularly at Dolce and Gabbana. Even shoes are getting a kick next season.
